At brickslove.com, we strive to make every piece of personalized gift as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates. If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to get your satisfaction.

Return Policy

New, unworn items can be returned to brickslove.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that because all our custom items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will cause a 20% restocking fee.

The shipping fee is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or discounted shipping, we still undertake the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund the original shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel or change your purchase, it is free within 24 hours. Please note that on all canceled or changed orders(after 24 hours) of personalized items there is a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that you couldn’t cancel or change your purchase once we ship out your order.

Return Service Procedure:

• If you're not satisfied to the products received, please contact our customer service email [email protected] for further help.
• Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
• Return address (Please contact customer service for the return address).
• Ship out your package at the local post office.
• Please make sure you provide us the tracking# and receipt after you return.
